Your Opportunity
This role will provide executive assistance to the Chief Executive Officer and will ensure the smooth operation of the Office Management Services for Serco's corporate head office

This role will be based in our Dubai support office.

Key Accountabilities (Key elements of the job)


Manage the CEO's diary schedule, assess meeting requests and prioritize CEO's meeting schedule to achieve business objective, and manage all the changes to the scheduled meetings ensuring that timely and appropriate communications are delivered to internal and external customers.

Plan and manage any business travel by booking appropriate flights and proactively monitor business movements as well as any changes to meetings and priorities


Manage CEO's ad hoc requests such as personal travel requirements, hotels, transfers, doctor's and bank appointments, family related activities, etc and serve as a confidant.

Consolidate monthly reports and circulate to the Executive Team members in advance of monthly meetings for review and discussion.

Maintain Support Office petty cash float, process receipts on SAP, allocate costs accordingly


Manage Executive PA's and Office Management Services team by chairing monthly PA and OMS team meetings, addressing gaps in service delivery and addressing operational efficiency to fully support the Executive Team.

Graduate Degree Education

At least 5 years in C-Suite level assistant role

A good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Teams
