As a Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our properties, increase brand visibility, and generate leads.

Your expertise in marketing and your in-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market will drive our company's growth and success.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand awareness, attract potential clients, and generate leads.

Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, and use the insights to shape marketing strategies.

Collaborate with the sales and management teams to identify target markets, customer segments, and key selling points for various properties and projects.

Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, website content, social media content, and advertisements, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using data-driven insights and make adjustments as necessary to maximize effectiveness.

Plan and execute promotional events, exhibitions, and trade shows to showcase our properties and engage with potential clients.

Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives, such as graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and printing companies.

Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry professionals to secure media coverage and partnerships.

Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in real estate marketing, and make recommendations for incorporating them into our marketing strategies.
