Responsibilities:

You will meticulously process all incoming orders from our diverse client base, ensuring accuracy in quantities, products specifications, and delivery details to uphold JM Foods' reputation for reliability.
We expect you to maintain an uptodate knowledge of our product range, including seasonal variations and new additions, so that you can efficiently manage orders and advise clients as necessary.
You shall collaborate closely with the logistics team to schedule deliveries, optimizing routes and timings to meet customer expectations and minimize delays.
You will promptly address and resolve any order discrepancies or issues raised by customers, providing them with timely updates and solutions to ensure their satisfaction with our service.
We expect you to utilize our order management system effectively, inputting data accurately and conducting regular checks to keep the database current and reliable.
You shall prepare detailed reports on order processing activities, highlighting trends, challenges, and achievements to inform management decisions and strategic planning.
