    Job Description:
    We are currently seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis.

    As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment and systems in our projects.

    You will also be responsible for managing a team of technicians and ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment and systems in accordance with project specifications and safety standards
    • Review project plans and blueprints to ensure that all mechanical systems are installed correctly and meet design requirements
    • Manage a team of technicians and provide guidance, training, and support as needed
    • Monitor project progress and ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget
    • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
    • Maintain accurate records of project activities, including equipment maintenance and repair logs
    • Communicate with project managers and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues
    • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
    • Participate in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of work
    • Provide technical support and assistance to the project team as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or oil and gas industry
    • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
    • Proven experience in managing a team and delivering projects on time and within budget
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to read and interpret project plans and blueprints
    • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
    • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
