Oxford Integration is a System Integration Company, founded in 2007 by establishing its offices in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Ever since we have witnessed tremendous growth.

We Specialize in Immersive Experience, Audio Visual, ELV and ICT solutions and services for small, mid-sized and large-scale projects all over UAE.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and business development activities with highvalue accounts and develop a strategic relationship for the long term partnership.
  • Consultant engagement to drive Oxford Integration for AV, ELV and ICT design specification into key projects.
  • Short to long term opportunities and pipeline management through CRM system.
  • Working closely with global suppliers for unique solutions and support.
  • Ensure regional needs are represented in sales & operational planning process.
  • Collaborate with product design, marketing teams to design regional specific solutions and drive business by staying ahead in the game.
Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of five years salesrelated experience in managing key enterprise accounts
  • Prior experience working in an AV, ELV and ICT systems integration company.
  • Strong network with potential accounts and consultants in UAE.
  • Knowledge and experience in designing of networkbased Audio solutions are required.
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals/objectives and achieving revenue
Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to interface with technical teams and internal departments to ensure customer success.
  • Ability to interact effectively and comfortably with executive and senior management either in distributors, customers or endusers.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully prospect, present to a wide variety of clients from multiple disciplines, and consistently close large deals.
  • Ability to listen to the customer to understand what the customers' business requirements/goals are and to take this information and effectively present/articulate audio, video, ELV and ICT solutions that can solve the customers problems and/or meet their requirements/goals.
  • Excellent written and oral communication & presentation skills.
Eligibility Requirements

  • UAE Driving License.
  • Arabic Speaking (Optional)
  • Five Years of experience in AV, ELV and ICT industry in UAE.
  • Must be currently in UAE.

Salary:
AED5, AED7,000.00 per month
