    Job Description

    We are seeking a visionary leader to head our enterprise architecture function, defining and scaling a greenfield capability from the ground up. This role will be central to shaping and executing the enterprise architecture strategy, harnessing artificial intelligence and emerging technologies to unlock new business value.

    • Key Responsibilities:
    • Define and lead a modern EA strategy that embeds AI, data, and automation at its core.
    • Build and mentor a team of domain architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
    • Establish and enforce architecture standards and governance frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
    • Design scalable, future-ready technology solutions that support business objectives across the group.
    • Identify and drive adoption of emerging technologies that enhance consumer engagement and operational efficiency.
    • Translate business and consumer strategies into IT roadmaps and digital transformation initiatives.
    • Modernise legacy systems and integrate digital platforms to support business agility.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure EA delivers measurable commercial impact.
