    POSITION OVERVIEW

    As a Sales Executive, you will act as the first point of contact for clients, building strong and long‑term relationships while facilitating high‑value property investments. You will collaborate closely with the Senior Investment Advisor, CEO, and COO, gaining exposure to premium real estate opportunities within Dubai's luxury property market.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Manage communication and relationships with UAE's top premium developers.
    • Engage and follow up with leads from our exclusive database.
    • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and investors.
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings for the Senior Advisor and CEO.
    • Support and assist in ongoing high‑value property transactions.
    • Prepare daily reports and share timely market feedback.
    • Collaborate with the investment team to ensure smooth deal closures.
    QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
    • Minimum 2 years' experience in telesales or inside sales (real estate experience preferred).
    • Fluent in English (spoken and written. additional languages are a plus.)
    • Clear, confident, and professional communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools.
    • Team player with strong reporting discipline.
    • Performance‑driven, motivated by results.
