Responsibilities:

• Ensure exceptional customer service at all times, with clients to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
• Excellent presentation and positive attitude at all times.
• Consult with clients to understand their hairstyle preferences, desired look, and hair care needs.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations on suitable hairstyles, cuts, colors, and treatments based on individual client requirements.
• Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, extensions, treatments, and special occasion hairstyling.
• Stay updated on current hair trends, techniques, and products to deliver cuttingedge services and maintain a competitive edge.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the salon/spa environment, adhering to all sanitation and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate effectively with other salon staff and hotel members to provide a seamless and memorable experience for clients.
• Uphold the salon reputation for excellence by consistently delivering highquality services and exceeding client expectations.
• Handle when required, administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing payments accurately.
• Attend training sessions, workshops, and industry events to further develop skills and knowledge in hairstyling techniques, products, and trends.

• You are well groomed and present yourself in good manners.
• You are experienced in working as a Hairstylist/Hairdresser in a highend salon environment catering to VIP clientele.
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
• You have excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing personalized and attentive service to meet client needs.
• You are creative, innovative, and pay attention to detail in creating customized hairstyles that enhance clients' natural beauty.
• You are able to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment while maintaining professionalism and composure.
• You are flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate client appointments.
• You have extensive knowledge of hairstyling techniques, hair care products, and color theory.
• You are proficient in a wide range of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments.
• You have a valid certification or license as a Hairstylist/Hairdresser from a recognized beauty academy or institution.
• You are fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Arabic is advantageous.
