Provides a friendly and personal welcome for guests.
Enters reservation details precisely and correctly.
Confirms the reservation and takes care over written communications.
Follows up the administration of reservations very thoroughly, making checkin operations easier for the front desk team.
Ensures that information is passed on to the concerned departments and collegues.
Transforms a request for information into a potential reservation as soon as there is an opportunity.
Presents the brand and/or Group's loyalty program to customers and adapts the sales pitch to each customer.

Qualifications

Preferably has 1 or 2 years' experience in a customer service or telephone contact position.
Knowledge of reservation in hospitality industry and distribution tools.
Fluent in written and spoken English, and other international languages will be advantages.
Hospitality or related education background.
