_Job Description:

- ou manage a team of 5 to 10 production employees._
- _Motivate, coach and manage your employees_
- _Reception and guidance of new employees_
- _Resolve workforce scheduling changes_
- _Evaluation interviews and monthly team meetings_
- _Understanding the entire process and suggesting improvements_
- _Analyzing malfunctions and interventions together with technical service_
- _Testing and making adjustments_
- _Achieving targets with a team based on the quality of the work delivered_
- _You ensure that the safety instructions and procedures on the work floor are known and adhered to._


_Job Requirements:

- _People manager: you are available for your employees and preferably already have some experience in managing people._
- _Problem solver: creative and consistent in coming up with solutions._
- _You have a great sense of responsibility._
- _You can easily get along with the current Office packages._
