With our aim to operate entirely online without physical premises, we require a seasoned legal professional to guide us through the intricacies of contract drafting, regulatory compliance, and the establishment of a sound legal foundation for our operations.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the legal challenges unique to the educational sector and the ability to ensure our agreements with stakeholders—including lecturers, students, service providers, and government entities—are comprehensively formulated and effectively managed.

This position offers an on-demand engagement model, designed to provide the flexibility needed to address varying legal requirements as they emerge, all through online means.

The candidate will work remotely, ensuring that communication and document exchanges are effectively managed via digital platforms.

Preparedness for fluctuating workloads is essential, with an expectation for the candidate to demonstrate both flexibility and adaptability in their professional capacity while operating in a virtual environment.

Navigate and demystify the regulatory frameworks and founding legalities specific to online higher education, driving KDC towards seamless compliance

• Strategic Legal Counseling:

Offer strategic legal advice to preemptively address and mitigate potential legal risks, maintaining KDC's compliance and safeguarding its interests

Collaborate closely with academic and administrative personnel to ensure contract terms are clear, equitable, and in KDC's best interest

• Regulatory Vigilance:
