Apt Resources is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced F&B Supervisor to join the team of one of our clients a prestigious 4-star hotel. As an F&B Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the food and beverage outlets within the hotel, providing exceptional customer service, and maximizing revenue.

You will supervise a team of F&B staff, ensuring they are properly trained and motivated to deliver excellent service to their guests. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, monitoring and controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train F&B staff to ensure exceptional service delivery
• Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage outlets
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints
• Collaborate with the F&B Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and budgeting
  
  

Requirements

Prior experience as an F&B Supervisor in a 4 or 5-star hotel in the UAE or GCC

Must be in the UAE

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills

Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management

Benefits

Basic Salary AED fixed AED 500/- per month towards Service Charge plus single studio plus duty meals and all other benefits as per UAE labor laws. A language allowance of AED 300 will be paid to those who can speak Arabic, Russian, French, or German
