CONTRACTS AND ESTIMATION MANAGER

Education :
Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years experience

(3 Years in UAE)

Responsibilities:

- **Preparing commercial and technical tenders submittal.

  • Preparing Variation Orders.
  • Preparing cost comparison and Cost Analysis, Cost Control and Contracts
  • Reporting to company management about projects' Financial Status
  • Liaison with clients on commercial and subcontract aspects.
  • Budget projection
  • Critically analyses bid documents, assesses risk and opportunities, and conveys same to the management.
  • Develop unit costs accurately.
  • Monitoring actual costs vs. estimated costs, monitoring project cost history
  • Build Effective relationships with customers and design teams.

Salary:
From AED4,000.00 per month
