SITE SUPERVISOR - JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Supervise Joinery, Fitout, Finishing and civil works.
  • Handle the site independently without any help.
  • Manage the inhouse team and other subcontractors and ensure the project completion on time.
  • Coordinate with technical department for swift execution.
  • Should be able to procure materials and labors on his own.
  • Should coordinate and manage suppliers for procurement and delivery of materials to site.
  • Ensure safety and quality standards in workplace.
  • To avoid and manage any disputes within execution team.

QUALIFICATION

  • A diploma in interior designing or degree in any engineering field.
  • Must have 35 years of UAE experience in supervising role in joinery, fit out and finishing works.
  • Speaking Proficiency in Hindi and English.
  • Valid UAE driving License required.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motive team.
