o Our company
We are looking for a passionate sales executive to join our sales team. The sales executive's responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets.

  • To be successful as a sales executive you should be an inspired selfstarter and able to drive sales growth. Ultimately, a topnotch sales executive should be able to build rapport with customers and close sales.
1) Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the industrial gases sector.

2) Identify and prospect potential customers within assigned territories or industries to generate new business opportunities.

3) Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions to meet their requirements.

5) Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer satisfaction.

6) Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and pricing quotations in accordance with company policies and procedures.

7) Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, contracts, and service agreements to maximize profitability and minimize risk.

8) Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities for business growth.

9) Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and generate accurate sales forecasts and reports.

10) Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our products and services and enhance brand visibility.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Proven track record of success in sales roles, preferably in the industrial gases industry or a related field.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills,

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other sales tools.

Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
