Manage Apex's Middle East office Compliance Officers and Money Laundering Reporting Officers ("MIDDLE EAST CO/MLROs").Keeping up-to-date with all relevant laws and regulations, including but not limited to Abu Dhabi Global Market ("ADGM"), Central Bank of Bahrain ("CBB"), Dubai International Financial Centre ("DIFC"), Dubai Financial Services Authority ("DFSA"), Financial Services Regulatory Authority ("FSRA"), Securities and Commodities Authority ("SCA") and the United Arab Emirates ("UAE").Review and update Apex Group compliance and internal control policies and procedures, systems and controls, and ensuring that they are understood and implemented by the MIDDLE EAST CO/MLRO for their respective offices.

Assist MIDDLE EAST CO/MLRO where discrepancies are identified (by the relevant MIDDLE EAST CO/MLRO) between Apex Group compliance and internal control policies and procedures and applicable local legislations.

Assist MIDDLE EAST CO/MLRO regarding interpretation and application of Apex Group compliance policies, procedures, systems and control and/or local legislation.

Requirement

Performing requisite AML-related risk assessments and due diligence checks.
Acting as point of contact for MIDDLE EAST CO/MLRO regarding Suspicious Activity / Transaction reports.
Overseeing Apex Group Compliance Monitoring Plan.
Overseeing preparing and filing of Apex Group regulatory.

Reporting to and liaising with MIDDLE EAST office senior management, including but not limited to the Board of Directors, as required on compliance related matters.

Management of the firm's internal and external compliance reporting processes.
Reporting to and liaising with Apex Group's Head of Compliance, on compliance related matters.
Handling other ad-hoc compliance-related projects that may be assigned from time to time
