- The Kid's ClubCoordinator shall be responsible for the safe, fun and memorableexperience the guests and members receive in the Kid'sClub and activities operations. This must be creative, dynamicperson to ensure all of the operations are geared toward guestenjoyment and excitement.
- Promoting healthy,fun activities for the children of the resort guests and members.Scheduling and rotation to ensure activities and events start ontime and last the duration.
- To ensure that allChild Care procedures are in place and the area related to childrenactivities is as per standard requirements.
- Toensure children are logged in and out of the area with due care andconcern.
- To perform and record regular,structured checks on all areas of the club facilities as out linedby the Line Manager.
- To oversee all areasrelating to children's activities andsupervision.
- To devise a range of activitiesfor all ages and abilities
- Supervise childrenin such a manor to ensure maximum safety at all times and controlof all children during supervised activity/playsessions
- To set-up, promote & operatechildren's birthday parties to achieve departmentchildren's activity budgets through the active promotionof revenue generating activities
- Responsiblefor member and guest retention by creating a memorable experiencefor the children and parents.
- Make decisions atthe guest contact point to delight the guest without forgoingsafety.
- To keep all equipment clean, tidy andwell maintained including proper and securestorage.
- To report any damaged or missing itemsin rooms to the Kid's Club Supervisor for action andfollow up.
- To hand over all Lost and FoundItems with full detailed information to the Recreation Supervisorand Housekeeping in line with the hotelpolicy.
- To attend to guests requestscourteously and promptly in the course ofduty.
- To ensure that all guests enjoy theirstay being offered the finest personalservice.
- To escort the guests rather thanpointing out directions.
- To respect the privacyof the guests using the pool and beach facilities and theconfidentiality of information.
