- Experience in sales and industry knowledge in the hospitality sector, working as a Sales Manager or a similar role for at least 5 years
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies that have exceeded targets
- Proven track record of managing and leading sales teams, including coaching and training
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
- Familiar with local market trends and competition in the hospitality industry
- Fluent in written and spoken English with ability to communicate in other languages is an added advantage
