IIQAF is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing and sales efforts. You will be responsible for implementing and executing marketing strategies to promote our brand and services, as well as supporting the sales team in generating leads and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote IIQAF's brand and services.
• Monitor and maintain social media platforms and website to ensure timely and relevant content.
• Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify new sales and marketing opportunities.
• Assist in organizing and attending events, conferences, and trade shows to promote IIQAF's services.
• Support the sales team in generating leads, preparing sales presentations, and closing deals.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure brand consistency and accuracy in all marketing materials.
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
• Monitor and report on marketing activities, provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the financial industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive and results-driven mindset.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of financial markets and investment products is a plus.
