    Description
    • Manages, analyzes, forecasts andunderstands assigned consumer segment in terms of segment needs,segment size, segment growth, trends, profitabilityetc.
    • Follows up on relevant segment data fromMarket & Customer Intelligence (including primary research,data mining, external reports) and impressions fromPoint-of-Sales.
    • Advises and identifies actionsfor customizing products & services to meet the needs ofdedicated consumer segment (proposition development). Creates asuperior value proposition and customer experience for thissegment
    • Develops sales strategy for consumersegment and transforms it into tangible sales activities; proposesactivities to Channel Management forConsumer.
    • Creates reports of assigned consumersegment including specific segment characteristics, customer needsand market opportunities.
    • Providescomprehensive professional support to Product Marketing &Channel Management functions to ensure adequate plans and forecastsare made in the product marketing & development process tomeet respective consumer segmentrequirements.
    • Work closely with brand teams tocreate and execute segmented marketing campaigns that identify withthe target segment
    • Manages segment P&Land segment IBRO to ensure effective performancemanagement

    Requirements

    • Bachelor'sdegree in Marketing/Business Administration or any other relateddepartment with 10+ years' experience inMarketing
    • Experience within thetelecommunications industry in a consumer segment or product roleis advantageous
