Job Summary:


As a Social Media Specialist you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms.

Your primary focus will be to drive quality traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI for our clients.

You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to develop effective strategies, set campaign objectives, and deliver exceptional results.


Responsibilities:


  • Plan, execute, and manage Google PPC and Facebook Paid AD campaigns for multiple clients, ensuring alignment with their marketing goals and budgets.
  • Conduct indepth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to identify optimal targeting opportunities and campaign strategies.
  • Create compelling ad copies, headlines, and landing page recommendations to improve campaign performance and drive higher conversion rates.
  • Set up and configure Google Ads and Facebook Ads accounts, including tracking codes, conversion tracking, and custom audience creation.
  • Perform regular monitoring, analysis, and optimization of campaign performance metrics, such as clickthrough rates (CTR), cost per click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Conduct A/B testing and implement iterative improvements to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness and achieve better results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure seamless execution and integration of ad campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging advertising technologies, and platform updates to provide innovative strategies and recommendations.
  • Prepare comprehensive campaign performance reports and deliver presentations to clients, highlighting key insights, achievements, and future recommendations.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Google PPC / Facebook Paid AD Specialist or a similar role, with a successful track record of managing and optimizing campaigns.
  • Expertise in Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms, including ad creation, targeting options, bid management, and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make datadriven decisions to improve campaign performance.
  • Proficient in using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Business Manager to track and measure campaign success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and campaign strategies to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Detailoriented mindset with exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to identify and resolve issues during campaign execution.
  • Certifications in Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint are highly desirable.

Salary:
AED7, AED10,000.00 per month
