    This is a remote position.

    training, and marketing support.

    The Demand Generation specialists develops marketingstrategies, manages data, and tracks
    success with the express purpose of building brandawareness and continued interest that results
    in quailed leads specific to CPA firmniche development. This role is involved in every step of
    customer engagement and isexpected to monitor, analyze, test, and refine campaign
    components using tools like email, socialmedia, journeys, lead score, tagging, and list
    management through HubSpot Marketing, CMS,and Sales Hubs.

    The ideal candidate is experienced andcertified HubSpot enterprise user who is a self-starter but
    also works well as part of ateam. You must be very organized and able to juggle multiple
    priorities and meet reasonabledeadlines. You will be required to provide daily and weekly project
    status updates to management.

    Requirements

    Development of niche-based customer journeys
    Onboard & implement the HubSpotportal for new clients
    Createand manage landing pages, forms, workflows, email campaigns,including the template
    designs(emails & landing pages), calls-to-action etc within theHubSpot platform
    Segment listsbased on behaviors like past email engagement and websiteinteractions
    (contentdownloads, site page visits, etc).
    Measure results and optimize lead nurturing workflowsfor these segments to convert leads
    into customers
    Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing theproductivity of email sends.
    Develop tests and optimize results
    Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensurebest practices in campaign and lead
    management
    Analytical skills suitable to campaign measurement and knowledge ofkey marketing
    campaign metrics

    Skills and Qualifications
    Database management
    Ability to create email templates, calendars,schedules, and dynamic drip campaigns
    Strong attention to detail
    Understanding of contact management techniques such asscoring, tagging and lead stage
    Understanding of nurture sequences throughjourneys/workflows
