    Job Description

    1. Ensure all required inspections are carried out and the QA/QC documentation is issued and filed.
    2. Become familiar with design drawings and specifications.
    3. Verify site conditions are suitable prior to construction activity.
    4. Attend Work Inspection Requests, witness, and verify that construction activities and execution are in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
    5. Ensure RE's instructions are being carried out.
    6. Witness and verify setting out and levels.
    7. Check service locations and ensure their protection.
    8. Record results of inspections, tests, work executed, etc.
    9. Inspect materials delivered to the site and confirm in accordance with approvals and are correctly stored.
    10. Observe site safety procedures and notify the contractor of any safety breaches.
    11. Maintain a daily diary of construction activities and any unusual occurrences.
    12. Record progress of completed works for inclusion in monthly reports.
    13. Prepare defect lists for inspected works and issue non-compliance reports for non-compliant works.
    14. Provide regular information to Engineers with regard to all site activities, including progress, quality, and health and safety issues.

    Qualifications

    BSc Civil Engineering

    Minimum Five (5) years experience in a similar or equivalent position and job description.

    Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, additional ACONEX and ASITE
