  • 12 Years working within the Dubai Real Estate Industry
  • Arabic Speaker is preferred

1.
Creating marketing contents:


  • Social media (postings)
  • Press releases
  • Website content
  • Scriptwriting for property videos and similar content
  • Company newsletters for clients and employees
  • Business cards and certificate requests
  • Project brochures, presentations, proposals, and fact sheets for inhouse projects
  • Reviewing and revising (as needed) property descriptions for agents' listings.

2.
Managing:


  • Inhouse photographers' photo and video shoot schedules
  • All social media accounts for AQUA Properties and the company website, including responding to client inquiries and coordinating with the call center for lead assignment.
  • Google reviews

3.
Coordination:


  • Initial inquiry and coordination with suppliers and other outsourcing companies.
  • With agents for any marketing assistance

4.
Training:


  • Conducting training sessions for new joiners on social media marketing and personal branding. (seasonal)

Salary:
AED5, AED10,000.00 per month


Experience:


  • REAL ESTATE: 1 year (required)

Language:


  • Arabic and English (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Dubai (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Dubai: Relocate before starting work (required)
