PrimaryResponsibilities:

• Installing,configuring, and troubleshooting of all Windows and macOS.
  
• Securingthe network by installing & troubleshooting Antivirusrelated issues & regularly updating theAntivirus
  
• Configuringand Troubleshooting Local & NetworkPrinters.
  
• Resolvinghardware related issues in printers and otherperipherals.
  
• Providingthe admin rights, Remote desktop access, file and folder access tothe users as per therequest.
  
• Troubleshooting all end-to-end technical problems through the remotetools.
  
• Monitoringthe compliance status of all the desktops/servers in terms ofpatch/DAT sstatus.
  
• Troubleshootingissues on Office365 and escalate to properteam
  
• Identifyingand solving issues on Microsoft products (EXCEL, POWEPOINT, WORD,TEAMS)
  
• Troubleshootingissues on Citrix connections, Client VPNs.
  
• Adddevices to AzureAD, create, deploy and managing IntuneMDM.
  
• Create,deploy, manage the app protection policies, device configurationpolicies from Intune endpointmanager.
  
• Createand manage security firewall, Switches, andILL.
  
• Manageand update McAfee web controls and firewallrules.
  
• Maintainand monitor CCTV camera s, Access controleSSL.
  
• Identifythe causes of networking problems, using diagnostic testingsoftware andequipment.
  
• ResolveIT tickets regarding computer software, hardware, and applicationissues ontime.
  
• Setup equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring properinstallation of cables, operating systems, or appropriatesoftware.
  
• Installand perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheralequipment.
