    Description

    We are looking to hire a Market Research Analyst for a well-known hospitality group for our Client based in Dubai- which is one of the largest companies in the region.

    The position will require analyzing consumer data to provide critical insights for data visualisation. We also need someone who has a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, trend forecasting and consumer rewards tracking.

    This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 Months, potentially renewable depending on performance.

    Responsibilities:

    • Organize consumer data to provide valuable consumer insights.
    • Analyze complex information and generate meaningful insights for senior management.
    • Prepare comprehensive dashboards and presentations, highlighting key trends and consumer performance metrics.
    • Create data analysis visuals and dashboards with the use of Tableau to enhance market/consumer reports.
    • Develop and maintain models to support market trends, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
    • Use provided data to ensure reliable trend forecasting and economic forecasting.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics.

    Knowledge, skills & experience:

    • A bachelor's degree in IT, marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in Consumer/Market Research Analyst positions.
    • Strong proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel.
    • Extensive experience in Tableau or PowerBi.
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
