    Responsible for Controlling over overhead expenses (MOGE & GLOBE) across Countries, Categories and Functions for MENA market, from primary cost to P&L allocations by Category

    Responsibilities:

    Annual budget:
    Steward of annual planning and budgeting process across


    MENA:
    organizational review (Operation People Plan), allocation drivers, NIM stakeholders alignment, coordination with HR Business partners and Co-Pilots

    Drive Savings initiatives:

    Work closely with HR team (HRBPs & Total Rewards) to drive employee related savings initiatives, and with Procurement, Workplace Solutions and IS/IT to drive non-HR savings initiatives.

    Monthly review with Country Controllers to review MOGE and Globe costs Actuals vs. Budget.


    DF:

    Review MOGE & ISIT DF (Detailed quarterly DF, risks & opps on a monthly basis) and ensure actions are taken to meet MOGE Market target at constant exchange rateActuals: Drive improvement of quality of inputs (cost center cleaning, GL accounting, data cleansing, accuracy of accruals in countries and Head Office,...), monthly pre-PEC health check with Country Controllers and annual review of actuarial reports (from assumptions to booking) to ensure MOGE Actuals are accurateVisibility: Prepare regular MOGE reports and analysis, along with recommendations to support NiM decision making.

    Ensure quality business and financial information is used by NiM for decision making and that potential risks and opportunities are anticipated and understood.
