    Description
    Ensure that the company property is strictlycompliant with the rules and regulations of the Environmental,Occupational Health and
    Safety, Food Safety of the AbuDhabi authorities

    • Build and maintain aworking environment in which staff are fully trained, supportive ofeach other, motivated and competent with hotel compliance relatingto Environment, OSHAD & Food Safety
    • Ensure that all staff and service providers are clearly andthoroughly informed about environment, food and health and safetyprocedures so that they know both how to prevent accidents anddiseases and also what to do when emergenciesarise
    • Apply Environmental, OSHAD &HACCP policies and programmes diligently and effectively accordingto UAE, Abu Dhabi local municipality laws, rules, regulations andguidelines pertaining to food safety &OSHAD
    • Implement action plans ensuring theoptimal functioning of all areas of food hygiene and occupationalhealth & safety expectations are exceeded in thehotel
    • Effectively manage the administrationincluding meetings, action plans, reporting, complaints andinvestigations pertaining to environment, food and occupationalhealth & safety
    • Ensure staffknowledge and conduct monthly internal hygiene and OSH audits ofthe facilities
