As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibility is to accurately and efficiently input and maintain data as required for our company. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the precision and integrity of our information, serving as a cornerstone for our operations and decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input data into various computer systems.
• Type in data provided directly from various sources.
• Updating and maintaining database information
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
• Communicating with other departments to gather information
• Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
• Supporting other administrative tasks as required.
  
  

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Fast typing skills.
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.).
• Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices.
• Basic understanding of databases.
• Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills.
