- A minimum of 5 years of HSEQexperience, specifically in power infrastructureprojects.
- Bachelor's degree inEngineering or a related constructiondiscipline.
- Training in HSE, with IOSH ManagingSafely certification or an equivalent qualification highlyrecommended.
- Monitor and enforce safety standardsto ensure compliance.
- Support the promotion ofpersonal HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) awareness among allteam members and company employees.
- Assist inensuring that all facilities, tools, equipment, and assets withinthe area of management responsibility are maintained safely andused correctly.
- Participate in regularinspections and audits of facilities and resources under managementresponsibility, aiming to identify and eliminate potential health,safety, and environmental hazards.
- Takenecessary corrective actions to prevent future incidents and assistothers in doing so.
- Report unsafe acts orconditions to the site supervisor or Line Manager and coordinatecorrective measures.
- Plan and manage theprovision of personal protectiveequipment.
- Regularly update the Line Manager onvarious activities through comprehensive safetyreports.
