    POSITION SUMMARY
    Deliver an exceptional dining experience. Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, assisting in the smooth coordination of the dining area. Greet, welcome and recognize guests in a courteous manner, guiding them through the dining experience. Assist in the preparation and arrangement of tables, ensuring the standards for presentation and cleanliness.

    Present and explain the menu, including any specials or chef recommendations, with a thorough understanding of ingredients and preparation methods.

    Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, adhering service standards. Maintain a keen eye on guests' needs, promptly addressing any requests or concerns to enhance their overall satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure seamless coordination in providing an exceptional dining experience. Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations, contributing to the overall cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area. Handle billing processes efficiently and accurately, processing payments and providing receipts as required. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals.

    Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications.

    Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. Move, lift, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
