Our company seeks a dedicated and skilled
Sales Support professional to join our dynamic team.

ARABIC SPEAKER MALE, he should be organized, charismatic, detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have experience in the food industry specifically dry fruits.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
Assist with order processing, including entering orders, verifying details, and coordinating shipment logistics.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate information regarding products, pricing, and order status.
Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with internal departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure smooth sales operations.
Maintain customer databases and update relevant information regularly.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Contribute to the development of sales support materials, such as presentations, proposals, and product catalogues.

Requirements:

2 years UAE experience in a sales support role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and CRM software.
Detailoriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
Must have UAE Driving License, having own car is a plus.
