Assist the CDP and Head Chef in the overall pastry making process
Maintain high standards through taste tests and presentation checks.
Assist in managing pastry inventory and minimizing wastage.
Communicate and coordinate with other kitchen sections for smooth operations
Qualifications:
§ At least 1 year experience in the same role or as DCDP – Pastry
§ Worked in a High End Casual or Fine Dining restaurant is preferred
