Equipment Maintenance:

Perform routine maintenance tasks, inspections, and repairs on various mechanical systems, including but not limited to HVAC systems, pumps, compressors, conveyors, and manufacturing equipment.

Troubleshooting:
Diagnose mechanical problems and breakdowns to identify the root causes and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.

Scheduled Maintenance:
Develop and execute preventative maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment to prevent unexpected failures.

Repairs and Replacements:
Replace or repair damaged, worn, or malfunctioning parts, components, and systems to restore equipment to optimal working condition.

Safety Compliance:
Ensure that all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and standards, and that equipment is operated safely.

Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and parts inventory. Generate work orders and reports as needed.

Machine Upgrades:
Assist in the installation and modification of mechanical systems, as well as upgrades to enhance performance and efficiency.

Technical Support:
Provide technical assistance and guidance to other maintenance personnel and operational staff.

Tool and Equipment Maintenance:

Maintain and keep tools and equipment in good working condition, and report any issues or the need for replacements.

Basic:
