    Description

    Depth &Scope

    • Provides positive and professionalinbound customer service to ensure issues are resolved efficientlyunder all conditions embodying attributes such as being welcoming,curious, knowledgeable, helpful, and thankful to efficientlyresolve issues related to banking products andservices
    • Engages with prospective customersthrough various channels (live chat, phone, email, SMS) to guidethrough consumer banking services, with a strong focus on effectiveproblem-solving
    • Takes ownership of customerconcerns and resolves customer issues at first point of contact;escalates issues when necessary
    • Ensures duediligence is taken to support the accuracy of all customertransactions, particularly as it relates to digital bankingproducts and services; escalates non-standard or high-risktransactions or activities as necessary
    • Arriveson time and ready to receive / make customer calls as scheduledthroughout the shift
    • Engages customers /partners through a consultative approach to understand theircurrent and future service needs; may facilitate cross-sellopportunities or refer customers to internal bankpartners
    • Completes a broad range of financialtransactions (e.g., transfers between accounts, debit carddisputes, and/or other transactions, as necessary) in an accurateand efficient manner
    • Contributes to andsupports business objectives; speaks up if there's a way toimprove processes and procedures
    • Participatesin performance and development activities, including cross-trainingwithin own team
    • Keeps others informed and up todate about all relevant or useful information related to day-to-dayactivities
    • Contributes to a fair, positive, andequitable environment that supports a diverseworkforce
    • Acts as a brand champion for yourbusiness area / function and the bank, both internally and/orexternally
    • Morning Schedule Options:Various schedules available starting as early as 7:00am and endingas late as 8:00pm. Weekendsincluded.

      Midday/EveningSchedule Options: Various schedules available starting as early as10:30am and ending as late as 1:30am. Weekendsincluded.

      Education& Experience
      • High School Diploma orGED
      • Minimum of 1+ years of experience inRetail, customer service, banking, or contact center experiencepreferred
      • Ability to navigate through multiplecomputer systems, applications, and multiple screens with speed andaccuracy while balancing performance to meet a variety ofmetrics
      • Digital literacy across a broad rangeof devices (e.g., smartphones, tablets, laptops,headsets)
      • Exceptional listening skills and acuriosity for helping customers to address their needs and resolveconcerns
      • Strong relationship management skills,capable of explaining complex bankingconcepts
      • Positive and energetic demeanor withexcellent listening, reading, and communicationskills
      • Able to communicate financialinformation in a way that is clear and accessible to a wide rangeof customers
      • Team oriented with the ability towork in a fast-paced, challenging work environment withresiliency
      • Experience handling confidentialinformation preferred
      • Proficiency in standardcorporate productivity tools (email, MS Office, Teams, internetnavigation, CRM applications)
      • Ability to adhereto a flexible work schedule which may include weekends and holidayhours
      • Position requires the ability to beonsite for training(s), moments that matter, and any otherapplicable meetings / events as deemed by thebusiness
