    Role: Managing Director - MENA

    Location: Based in the UAE or KSA with a willingness to travel across the region. 

    We are seeking a Managing Director to lead the growth of our business in the MENA region. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, dynamic organization that is revolutionizing the way the talent market operates across multiple regions, including Asia-Pacific, Africa, and the Middle East.

    Role Summary:

    This position will play a critical role in driving new client business development, activating and growing existing client relationships, and building a local team. You will also work closely with various internal teams to ensure the successful execution of operations, marketing, and talent development strategies to support our growth objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    New Client Development:

    • Drive the growth of enterprise clients within target sectors and geographies.
    • Lead activities from lead generation to onboarding, including contract negotiations and client activation.
    • Establish new strategic partnerships and ensure mutual value creation.

    Existing Client Development:

    • Work with business development teams to define sales targets and create strategies to drive growth for existing accounts.
    • Ensure consistent client engagement and increase awareness of our value proposition across various functions and locations within the client organizations.

    Building the Business:

    • Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for the MENA region, taking full P&L ownership.
    • Work with marketing and PR teams to drive brand awareness and position the business as a leader in the market.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the necessary infrastructure, talent, and resources are in place to support growth.

    Capabilities and Experience:

    • 10-15 years of experience in B2B sales or leadership roles within high-growth markets, ideally with experience in enterprise-scale deal-making.
    • Proven track record of winning large-scale clients and managing the entire enterprise sales lifecycle.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset or venture-building experience is a plus.
    • Strong regional network with leadership stakeholders at large enterprises.
    • Excellent commercial and negotiation skills with a deep understanding of client needs.
    • Proficiency in English and experience working with senior stakeholders at multinational organizations.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to pitch to C-suite customers and close deals.
