Our stunning flagship property in the West End, Cheval Gloucester Park has an exciting opportunity for a
Finance Assistant to join their team.

As Finance Assistant you will have had previous experience in dealing with cashiering or in a junior finance role ideally from a hospitality background.

You must be confident with numbers and you will pride yourself in being organised, diligent and happy to support and contribute to the success of the business.

**As Finance Assistant, some of your duties will include
- *

Sending out rent requests ensuring that they are accurate, and that payment is received
Ensuring that guest charges are accurately posted
To process agent's commissions ensuring correct calculation
Ensuring that moth end procedures are completed accurately and on time
Assisting guests with account queries and escalating to Senior Finance Assistant where necessary
To complete general administration including filing.
Working with the Cheval Collection Finance team, contributing and supporting new ideas and initiatives for the business
Have finance experience within a hospitality environment
Are analytically minded with a good level of numeracy skills
Have intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Have excellent attention to detail especially for figures
Possess good communication skills at all levels
Have a positive attitude in everything you do

**Helpful to know
- **If you have previous experience as Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager with hospitality background would be preferred.
