Description

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Duty Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow
Manage and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Schedule and coordinate staff shifts
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
Assist with recruitment and training of new employees

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry or front office.

- minimum of 5 years of experience of Holiday Homes /Hotel apartment

Ready to join.
UAE based.
Experience in managing the HK department or other departments would be an advantage.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
Knowledge of hotel operations and industry standards.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Visa accommodation, and transportation will be provided by the company.

Pay:
AED3, AED4,500.00 per month
