Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for a Business Development Coordinator.

The role is primarily responsible, under direct supervision, for providing administrative support to BD Head, which may include managing databases, making calls on behalf of the BD Head and creating, tracking, and distributing marketing materials.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Helping the Business Development team to improve their productivity by contacting clients to arrange appointments.
  • Schedule all necessary meetings for deal progression and coordinate between necessary departments to ensure required participation.
  • Negotiate, draft, and analyze a broad range of real estate documents related to real estate matters, including contracts, deeds, settlement documents, etc.
  • Preparation of Business Development report weekly
  • Answer questions and educate clients about contracts and terms of sale.
  • Utilize computer technology to research and manage available properties, as well as customers.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, along with a minimum of 1year experience in a Real Estate
  • Sales Coordinator related role.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities; strong detail orientation and highly organized.
  • Works with a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness.
  • Passionate about delivering excellence in customer service & Strong interpersonal skills necessary to interact with groups internally and externally, including senior executives.
  • Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Word, Advance Excel (Pivot table, Vlookup, Hlookup), and PowerPoint required.

Salary:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
