Description

We are seeking ahighly motivated and detailoriented Data Analyst Intern to join ourTalent Acquisition team. The selected candidate will work closelywith the Head of Talent Acquisition to analyze recruitment datacreate dashboards and develop pipelines to effectively monitor andimprove our recruitment efforts.

KeyResponsibilities

• Collaboratewith the Head of Talent Acquisition to understand recruitmentobjectives and data requirements.
• Collect cleanand analyze recruitment data from our ATS (Applicant TrackingSystem)
• Design and develop interactivedashboards and reports to visualize recruitment metrics andKPIs.
• Assist in the creation of predictivemodels to forecast hiring needs and identify potential bottlenecksin the recruitment process.
• Build and maintaindata pipelines to automate data collection transformation andreporting processes.
• Conduct adhoc analysis toanswer specific business questions and provide insights to informdecisionmaking.

SkillsKnowledge andExpertise

• Currently pursuinga Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science Statistics ComputerScience or a related field.
• Proficiency in datamanipulation and analysis using tools such as Python R SQL orsimilar programming languages.
• Experience withTableau
• Strong analytical and problemsolvingskills with a keen attention to detail.
• Abilityto communicate complex ideas and findings effectively to bothtechnical and nontechnical audiences.
• Provenability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a teamenvironment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt tonew technologies and methodologies in dataanalytics.
