- Collaboratewith the Head of Talent Acquisition to understand recruitmentobjectives and data requirements.
- Collect cleanand analyze recruitment data from our ATS (Applicant TrackingSystem)
- Design and develop interactivedashboards and reports to visualize recruitment metrics andKPIs.
- Assist in the creation of predictivemodels to forecast hiring needs and identify potential bottlenecksin the recruitment process.
- Build and maintaindata pipelines to automate data collection transformation andreporting processes.
- Conduct adhoc analysis toanswer specific business questions and provide insights to informdecisionmaking.
- Currently pursuinga Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science Statistics ComputerScience or a related field.
- Proficiency in datamanipulation and analysis using tools such as Python R SQL orsimilar programming languages.
- Experience withTableau
- Strong analytical and problemsolvingskills with a keen attention to detail.
- Abilityto communicate complex ideas and findings effectively to bothtechnical and nontechnical audiences.
- Provenability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a teamenvironment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt tonew technologies and methodologies in dataanalytics.
