Founded in 2007, Head Quarter Facility Supply and Interior Decoration started as an office interior and furniture supplier in UAE.


Today HQ is acknowledged as a full turnkey project solution provider, general maintenance, and office furniture leading supplier, working in both commercial and residential refurbishments and fit-outs.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive with experience in the
Interior Fit-out/ Joinery industry.


The Sales Executives will be in charge of locating and offering Office furniture & Interior Fit out to both current and potential customers.

In addition as a key account manager establish long-term connections with significant clients and partners. The crucial goal of this position is to achieve and surpass predetermined sales targets.

Key Responsibilities;

  • To plan and implement aggressive leads sales targets, and marketing strategies to achieve the objectives of the company in a highly competitive and dynamic business environment.
  • Ensure the site visits are being conducted as per plan with the operational team wherever required with the highest level quality of services & products.
  • Establishing market penetration in Commercial businesses in the UAE and wider GCC (as appropriate) generating opportunities through contacts, networking and associations.
  • Liaise with the design and execution teams throughout the process to ensure all client requirements are addressed and develop ways to improve their experience for Interior Fit out / Joinery.
  • Setting up market penetration for commercial interiors in the UAE and the larger GCC (if necessary), creating prospects through contacts, networking, and alliances.
  • Track and win significant Interior Fit out/Joinery projects, responding efficiently to tenders.
  • Achieve annual sales under the agreement.
  • Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, and anticipating future legislation.
  • Submits orders by conferring with technical support staff and costing engineering changes.
  • Prepares cost estimates by studying all related customer documents, consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional personnel.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying shortterm and longrange issues that must be addressed, recommending options and courses of action, and implementing directives.

Salary : AED 7, , 000 + Commission
