Job Qualifications:


  • Proficient in MS Excel and word etc.
  • Proficient in Quick Books and other accounting software
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping procedures
  • Knowledge of UAE Financial Regulations
  • TRUSTWORTHY and can handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Knowledge of complete Accounting responsibilities
  • Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be Attentive to every detail
  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities:


  • Manage Accounts Payable
  • Accurate update of Expenses
  • Manage Accounts Receivable
  • Prepare and reconcile invoices
  • Handle VAT Payment
  • Bank Reconcilliation
  • Proper posting of financial transactions into internal database
  • Maintain the digital and physical financial records
  • Check the accuracy of the spreadsheets
  • Close the monthly and quarterly reports
  • Participate in the Quarterly and Annual Audit
  • Monitor the financial status of the company.

Education and Experience:


  • Diploma or Degree Holder in Accounting
  • 3 years experience as Accounting Assistant

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
AED3, AED4,500.00 per month
