    Lead projects from the pre-construction phase all the way through to closeout (including the entire project organization, controlling and processing), overseeing the development of the master project schedule and its project quality, deadlines and cost control, ensuring strict adherence to ethics and compliance requirements.

    Continuously build and maintain a strong network of clients, securing growth opportunities and projects; act as the point of contact for clients throughout the project life cycle.

    Take key part in tender process, i.e. project design, submission and review.
    Negotiate and award supplier contracts for subcontracting services.
    Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, fee and pricing decisions.
    Conduct regular project reviews and provide detailed reports to senior management.
    Collaborate with Administration on required tender documentation and other admin-related requirements.
    Collaborate with Crew unit on resource planning for assigned project using EasyJob system.
    Collaborate with HSE and QAQC on necessary projects on-site/off-site, in line with respective requirements and compliances.

    Your profileProven project management experience with permanent/semi-permanent audio-visual installations with an AV system integrator, construction field, museums or similar.
    Existing network of clients and suppliers in the UAE and KSA.Experience working with and managing large budgets.
    Technical knowledge of Audio, Video and Lighting systems and control.
    Knowledge and experience of current entertainment technologies for installations of various complexities.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
