Tele Sales Executive - Sports Academy
Looking to take your next step in your tele sales career working for a growing company? Are you currently driving new revenue and business, and have a track record of delivering great results for your team?


About Us:


Team Sports Services (TSS) was initially founded in Melbourne Australia, and it has become one of the most successful team sports academy programs attracting elite players in all age and skill level.

TSS now operates in United Arab Emirates (Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi) providing basketball and football academy programs to all children between the ages of 4 years to 17 years to participate.


About the Role:


  • Growing qualified unit sales for all revenue streams for your geographic territory
  • Growing the profile of Team Sports Services to qualifying leads as sales opportunities
  • Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market
  • Setting up and attending meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Account Managers
  • Supporting our Sales Manager and Account Managers for follow ups
  • Reporting Weekly activity KPIs and sales budgets to Sales Manager
  • Ensuring the data in CRM is accurate and up to date
  • Engaging and working with other sales team members to share leads and business opportunities

Skills and experience that will help you to be successful in this role:

  • 1 to 2 years previous experience in a telephone sales role.
  • Sales experience relating to other marketplaces or SaaS will help you to have a leading edge
  • Experienced in using digital platforms and tools
  • Experience in CRM reporting tools and templates is highly regarded
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
