Description

Responsibilities:


  • Manage our online sales channels, including our website and thirdparty marketplaces
  • Optimize product listings with accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing
  • Implement effective digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and boost online sales
  • Analyze and interpret eCommerce performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Stay uptodate with the latest eCommerce trends, technologies, and best practices
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive online shopping experience
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, such as IT, operations, and customer service, to ensure smooth eCommerce operations
  • Generate regular reports on key performance metrics and present findings to management

Salary:
From AED1,800.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ajman: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)
