Job description
We are looking for a professional and proactive Receptionist.

The clinic is headed by a Medical Director with many years of experience and a fantastic reputation in the industry.


Skills and experience required:


You must have experience of working in a similar role in a clinic, or hospitals and have excellent customer service, sales, and administrative skills.

We are looking for an approachable person with an outgoing personality, but also a high level of professionalism and maturity.

You should excel at teamwork.


You must also have:
An in-depth understanding of Plastic surgery, skincare and non-surgical aesthetic treatments.


Requirements:

Excellent customer service and communication skills
Immaculate written and spoken English.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and multi-task.


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Reception in
Medical Sector: 3 years (preferred)
