    We are seeking a dynamic andexperienced Continuous Improvement Manager to join our Engineeringteam. This is a permanent position that requires a professionalwith a strong background in TPM manufacturing and a passion forcontinuous improvement. Our ideal candidate will have a proventrack record of identifying and implementing effective strategiesthat drive efficiency, quality, and productivity. Experience withPower BI, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Total ProductiveMaintenance is essential.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and manage a comprehensivecontinuous improvement strategy to enhance productivity andefficiency across all engineeringprocesses.
    • Implement Total ProductiveMaintenance (TPM) strategies to minimize downtime and maximizeequipment utilization.
    • Use Power BI to analyzedata and generate actionable insights that drive continuousimprovement.
    • Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA)initiatives to identify and address the root causes ofinefficiencies or quality issues.
    • Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practicesand process improvements.
    • Develop and providetraining and support to all staff members on continuous improvementtechniques and methodologies.
    • Monitor andreport on the effectiveness of continuous improvement initiatives,making adjustments as necessary to ensure the achievement ofbusiness objectives.
    • Foster a culture ofcontinuous improvement, encouraging innovation and efficiency atall levels of the organization.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree inEngineering, Business, or relatedfield.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in asimilar role within the Engineeringindustry.
    • Proven experience with TPMmanufacturing, Total Productive Maintenance, and Root CauseAnalysis (RCA).
    • Proficiency in Power BI andother data analysis tools.
    • Strong understandingof continuous improvement methodologies andstrategies.
    • Excellent problem-solving skillswith the ability to identify and address rootcauses.
    • Strong leadership skills with theability to inspire and motivate ateam.
    • Exceptional communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaboratewith all levels of theorganization.
    • Demonstrated ability to managemultiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time andwithin budget.
    • Strong analytical anddecision-making skills, with a data-driven approach toproblem-solving.
