    Sia Partners in the Middle East is seeking a talented Senior Creative Designer / Art Director (Native Arabic speaker) to join their office in the UAE.

    The following are the critical activities of this role:

    1. Art Direction

  • Generating clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the copywriter
  • Producing sketches, storyboards, and art layouts based on creative visions and ideas
  • Understanding marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience
  • 2 . Creative Design

  • Designs various creative assets (e.g., social media visuals, short graphical clips/reels, GIFs, infographics, etc.) for multiple audiences and platforms.
  • Interprets and adapts information from the creative briefing into appealing and performing content assets.
  • 3. Brand Look & Feel

  • Translates the tone, character, and the Client's brand voice into communication and marketing materials, ensuring consistency in messaging across all channels and platforms.
  • Establish and document guidelines for all graphic/visual content.
  • Ensures alignment of the designs with the Client's evolving brand needs, emphasizing brand consistency and meeting business objectives.
  • 4. Quality Control

  • Ensures designs are produced to the highest standards of accuracy and quality control.
  • 5. Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborates closely with the Brand & Content and Campaign Management team to convey the brand vision, maintain consistency in campaigns and present the Client's products and services best.
  • Qualifications

    The successful candidate must possess the following:

  • Knowledge of creating performance-optimized designs for digital and social channels.
  • Knowledge of design fundamentals and styles as it relates to all forms of marketing, advertising, content creation, and business communications.
  • Knowledge of B2B and B2C content specifics
  • Creativity and storytelling skills
  • An organised way of working according to business priorities and within defined timelines
  • Good written and verbal communication in English
  • Bachelor degree in (Creative or Graphic) Design
  • years of graphic design experience
  • Experience in the oil and gas industry preferred
  • Experience in the UAE preferred
