- Act as a positive role model for all staff members
- Offer feedback on training systems and courses
- Foster the development of pilots' potential and skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Instructor/Examiner
- 1000 hours of FSTD training
- 1000 hours of LIFUS/IOE experience
- Solid technical knowledge
- Previous exposure to MPL Training, Evidence-based Training (EBT), and/or AQP/ATQP is advantageous
