About The Role The Principal RPA Developer is responsible for the design, development and successful implementation of the robotic process automation solutions within the group.

Drive and accelerate the adoption of Robotic Process Automation within various business units. Work closely with business stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate the same in RPA solutions and products.

What You'll Be Expected To Do:

  • Responsible to promote and implement the robotic process automation solutions within the Emirates group and the adoption of RPA within various business units.
  • Identify and understand the business use cases for automation, and design automated workflows around those needs. Engage with Stakeholders from Ideation stage to project realization.
  • Drive the automation initiatives spanning across task & process automation leveraging the new platforms capabilities within the group.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of tools, technologies and business processes and Provide technical training and guidance to the RPA team;
  • Lead and assign projects to the RPA team to ensure projects and efficient solutions are delivered on time and within budget;
  • Responsible for End to end coordination with process owners, developers and IT teams to implement and maintain RPA solutions and projects; including budget planning, design, installation, qualification and project launch.
  • Design, develop and Track RPA automation performance metrics and KPIs and logging tools. Identify and implement best practices and continuous improvement in RPA solutions,
  • Develop and implement process documentation i.e. scorecard, process definition, solution design and user document,
  • Manage related licenses and certifications. Administer the Uipath Orchestrator and robots across different global business units.
  • Organise events such as webinar and publish articles to promote and increase adoption of RPA across the organization. Organise and conduct RPArelated training for business units and IT teams.

Qualifications & Experience:
Experience and Skills You'll

Need To Have:

  • Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in Software Engineering or Information Technology
  • Certification in SAFe or Agile Scrum Master preferred
  • 8+ years' Information Technology experience
  • Experience in Software development experience primarily on RPA & scripting technologies
  • Extensive Experience in designing & delivering RPA solutions in the technical environment of platforms like Automation Anywhere or similar like Blueprism, UI Path or Power automate.
  • Experience with HTTP, REST, RESTful, JSON API services in a programming language.
  • Experience in SQL scripting
  • Proficient Coding skills in RPA & C#.
  • Experience on deployment of RPA solutions in cloud like AWS, Azure
  • Database skills to manage RPA implementations Skills We'd

Like You To Have:

  • Knowledge and understanding of business process automation and business process reengineering tools is desirable.
  • Exposure and knowledge to Cloud technology such as Lambda, Docker, Kubernetes is added advantage.
